My Login Info
Q: I forgot my login info. Can you tell me what it is?
A: On the home page click on Forgot Password?, enter your email address and we'll send you your username and password.
Q: Can I change / Edit My Profile?
A: Yes. Login and go to your MY ACCOUNT and click MY SETTINGS. Here you will be able to edit, change password, update info, change location, etc.
My Profile
Q: How do I create a profile?
A: Click JOIN NOW! Creating and posting a profile is free and takes only a few minutes to go through the easy steps. Please read the 'Terms’ below for more about what's allowed as a member.
Q: How long will it take for my profile to be approved?
A: The activation of your profile and pictures is immediate.
Q: How do I delete my profile & account?
A: You can delete your account by clicking SUSPEND at your MY ACCOUNT HOME page.
Note that deleted accounts are unrecoverable.
Q: How can I retrieve a deleted account, deleted pics or deleted messages?
A: Deleted accounts, emails, and pics are unrecoverable. Deleted accounts and all other information (i.e. profile info, pics, mail, friend's list, etc) are totally deleted from our system.
Q: How can I browse/view members in other cities?
A: To BROWSE/VIEW members of other cities click the MEMBERS button in the menu. Select State and city that you'd like to view. Note that this will NOT change your HOME LOCATION.
Q: How do I add a Friend?
A: Click the BE-FRIENDS link in the member profile. Please Note: Member will have to approve your Friends request.
Q: What are the Multimedia and Communication Features of Elite Man2Man?
A: Audio/Video Chat
Group chat with a/v conferencing with friends in the Matrix Member Section.
Audio/Video Messenger
One-to-one private messenger with live audio/video streaming.

Members can record videos and upload them to their profiles.

My Photos
Q: How do I post new photos?
A: Go to your MY PROFILE page, click PROFILE PHOTOS, and follow the instructions.
Q: How long will it take for my photo(s) to appear?
A: The activation of your photo is immediate.
Q: How many photos can I add to my page?
A: The Maximum photos you can post to your personal page is twenty (20).
Q: Can I select a Primary Picture in my profile?
A: Yes. Go to your MY PROFILE page, click PROFILE PHOTOS, select the photo you wish to make primary and Click Make Primary.
Q: What is the Photo Gallery?
A: The Photo Gallery are photos you to the gallery for all members to see. Please note: You must AGREE that the photos you upload in the Photo Gallery you have permission or have obtained permission, as well as, other terms of agreement.
BLOCK FEATURES
Q: How can I BLOCK/UNBLOCK a member?
A: You may block a member by clicking BLOCK HIM in his profile page. To unblock a member click the UNBLOCK HIM button in his profile page.
Q: What does the function BLOCK do?
A: The BLOCK function only affects communication, which means the member you've blocked can still see you online but cannot send you messages.
EMAILING
Q: How do I send emails to other members?
A: In the member profile page underneath their primary photo is a list of Action Items. To Send Email click the 'Send Letter' button. Emails can be sent to personal email address or site email box. Also you can choose to be notified when the member has received your email.
Q: Where do I read my emails I get from other members?
A: INTERNAL MAIL SETTING: With this method we send your emails to your Elite Man2Man INBOX. Look for the SENT AND INBOX link and buttons on your profile page.
